Arrange for your car to be towed by an approved towing company聯絡保險公司指定的拖車公司把車子拖到指定的修車廠。不要隨意使用其他拖車服務。

Report the accident to the police within 24 hours, They will give you a case number which you must keep(you will need it for your insurance forms) 。在24小時內到警察局報案,填寫事故報告(accident report),取得事故報告號碼(報告號碼在事故索賠中非常重要)。

Report the accident to your broker or insurer, You will be asked to complete an accident

Information/claims form。聯絡保險經紀人或保險公司,您需要填寫交通事故或索賠申請表格然後向保險公司索賠。
